What is Google G Suite?

G Suite (formerly Google Apps) for Work is a collection of web applications created by Google for corporate or businesses clients. A G Suite account will give you access to All Gmail services on your preferred domain and 30 GB of Google Drive Cloud storage for each account. In G Suite, you will also have access to Google’s  powerful applications like Calendar, Sheets, Docs,  Slides, Sites, Forms,  Hangouts, and GPlus etc.

How can I upgrade my personal Gmail Account to G Suite?

Sorry, you can not change your personal account to G Suite because G Suite mail is a brand new email which uses your domain name as the email address and it requires corporate information to be applied.

How can I transfer free version of G Suite to a reseller?

You can transfer account by generating the token from the Transfer Token link (http://admin.google.com/TransferToken). The Transfer Token process takes around 6 hours to be verified. Worry-free that your Email and services will not be affected during the verification process. You can still continue to use your G Suite as usual.

Is my data safe? Should I take backups?

On principle, the concept of backup is caused by avoiding data corruption by the temporary hosted crashes. Whereas in Google Cloud services, you do not have the needs to take backup.

If there is a need over, we offer the following methods as your reference:

1. Assign Google Vault to the users, so the Vault act as the backup for emails and chat indefinitely.

2. You can use the MSOutlook mail interface to use Gmail, but set the condition as “must save a copy in Gmail”. Hence, if you accidentally deleted your email in Outlook, the email will still stored in Gmail.

Can G Suite manage multiple domains?

Yes! If you have multiple domains, you can add them to your G Suite account. G Suite enables managing multiple domains in the Admin Console.
